We finally have an estimated date for completion - walk through April 21, close around April 29 - Yea! When I visited last week, the cabinets had been stained, counter tops installed, interior masonry completed and all painting done. It's really looking like a home instead of a bunch of lumber and stone.
We're talking to pool folks too - so far we've interviewed reps from
Keith Zars,
Pool Pro, and
Sun Springs. All three of these do gunite, so I need to do at least one more for a fiberglass quote. If anybody out there has words of wisdom (besides "don't do it" - we're committed to having a pool despite the hassles) for choosing pool types, sanitation options, etc, we would love to hear from you.
Tile install starts tomorrow. Can't wait to see that!!

| Master Closet ceiling - you can still see into the attic and the spray foam insulation. It looks like the StayPuft marshmallow man exploded up there! |
